Summary:
The Aircraft Sheet Metal Mechanic is responsible for performing various tasks related to the repair, modification, and fabrication of aircraft structural components. Duties and Responsibilities:

5. Perform riveting, fastening, and welding operations to join sheet metal parts and assemblies.

Skills and Qualifications:

2. FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic certification is required.
3. Proven experience as an Aircraft Sheet Metal Mechanic or similar role, preferably in an aviation or aerospace environment.
4. Proficient knowledge of aircraft structures, materials, and fabrication techniques.
5. Strong understanding of engineering drawings, technical manuals, and specifications.
6. Demonstrated ability to accurately measure, cut, shape, and form sheet metal parts.
7. Experience in riveting, fastening, and welding operations, with expertise in various joining techniques.
